Upper Body Home Exercise Programs

The first targets general upper body strengthening, and the second targets fine motor range of motion and coordination using a few household items. Both have simple visuals and blank spaces to customize frequency, weight, and repetition recommendations, as well as easy-to-understand language to improve independence and follow through.

How To Squat With Good Technique

The squat is a foundational movement that can be used to strengthen the quadriceps, glutes, and lower back muscles. Squatting with good technique can be helpful to make sure the correct muscles are being used and to ensure that it does not cause pain. This intervention piece is a useful tool that can be included with home exercise programs to outline the correct technique when performing a double leg squat.
