Refunds for Memberships
Because Therapy Insights memberships provide immediate access to our digital library, membership fees are generally non-refundable.
However, we understand that unusual situations arise. Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis in situations such as:
- Accidental duplicate charges
- Billing errors
- Technical issues that prevent access
- Purchases made in error and reported shortly after purchase before meaningful use of the library
- Situations where an employer or facility assumes payment for an existing individual membership
Refunds are not typically provided for:
- Forgetting to cancel before renewal
- Lack of use
- Choosing the wrong membership plan
- Requests made after substantial use of the library
- Changes in employment status
Memberships may be canceled at any time prior to renewal. Access remains active through the end of the current billing period.
Physical Products
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’d like to return a physical product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Orders Already Shipped
If an order has already shipped, we are unable to cancel or intercept the package. The item may be returned once it is delivered following the return policy above.
Missing Packages
If a package appears to be missing, please contact us and we will investigate the shipment status and provide tracking information.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
