Chair Yoga

Yoga is a beneficial mode of exercise for all populations and can improve flexibility, strength, and mental health. Some people may not be able to safely engage in traditional yoga, and require chair-level modifications. This handout covers a variety of yoga exercises that can be performed in the chair.
