Kids thrive on positive feedback! It’s important for the development of self-awareness and confidence. On the flip side, kids can become too focused on doing something in order to get praise. As adults, we can work to deliver positive feedback in ways that help kids process their growing skill sets as well as their feelings about their accomplishments.
