Children with neurodevelopmental disabilities, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, may need to receive therapy to address any feeding issues such as picky eating, limited food intake, and/or sensory processing issues with certain textures. This handout explains normal picky eating and how problem feeding is different. This information is based on Dr. Kay Toomey’s SOS Approach to feeding therapy.

Food Diary for Home Carryover
