Clinical Resource: IDDSI Level 7 (Regular Easy to Chew)

The International Dysphagia Diet Initiative (IDDSI) level seven is for modified solids called “Regular Easy to Chew.” This material provides information for patients and their caregivers on this consistency’s characteristics, why it may be recommended, ways to test it at home, and helpful recommendations for preparation.
