This task provides a real-world scenario where patients are given 6 voicemail tasks with various information (e.g., the veterinarian calling with information on when to pick up pet meds or a friend calling to set up a time for dinner together). Finding Medication Box Errors Set #1

Then they will need to notice errors with the medication box which requires good attention and visual reasoning. This task could also be used for a visual scanning activity. Cognitive Impairment Care Staff Communication Form
