Exercises for Bell’s Palsy

The exercises are not meant to be a cure for the condition, but rather a way to optimize muscle elasticity and length during the period of facial nerve paralysis. Includes exercises targeted at the eyebrows, neck and chin, nose, lips, and eyes.
