We aim to provide a set of subtests that can be accessed for free and quickly administered to provide a basic starting point for any assessment in speech and occupational therapy. These assessments will be person-centered with quality of life (QoL) measurements and patient reported outcome measures (PROMs) built into their design. Each subtest will be accompanied by a family-friendly one page handout that summarizes the results of the assessment that will take less than 30 seconds for a therapist to customize.
