Therapy Insights – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Therapy Insights website, content, and subscription services (“Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Intellectual Property & Copyright
All content available through Therapy Insights, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, illustrations, designs, PDFs, worksheets, and digital files, is the exclusive property of Therapy Insights and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. Unless expressly permitted in writing, you may not:
- Copy, download, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, publish, republish, upload, post, store, transmit, distribute, or sell any materials;
- Remove copyright notices, watermarks, or branding;
- Create derivative works based on Therapy Insights content.
Permitted use is strictly limited to sharing printed materials directly with individual patients/clients in the context of clinical care.
2. License of Use for Subscribers
Active subscribers are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to:
- Print resources for use with their own patients/clients; and
- Display materials via screen-share on a secure, HIPAA-compliant teletherapy platform.
You may not:
- Distribute or share digital files;
- Upload Therapy Insights materials to shared drives, EMRs, shared learning platforms, or cloud storage that other individuals can access;
- Use content for commercial resale or publication.
Any violation immediately terminates this license.
3. Account Integrity & Login Credentials
Subscriptions are per individual user.
You may not:
- Share login credentials with other individuals;
- Allow others to access content through your account;
- Circumvent security measures.
Accounts showing patterns of misuse may be suspended or terminated without refund.
4. No Downloading of Digital Files
Therapy Insights operates as a print-access library.
Digital copies of materials may not be downloaded, saved, or stored in any format unless explicitly permitted by Therapy Insights in writing.
5. Prohibition on File Sharing
Sharing Therapy Insights files—physically, digitally, electronically, or in cloud-based repositories—is strictly prohibited. Digital piracy is a violation of federal copyright laws and may result in civil and criminal penalties, including fines and imprisonment.
We encourage you to refer, not share.
6. Acceptable Use of Materials in Telehealth
If you legally obtained PDFs through therapyinsights.com or a Therapy Fix subscription, you may share content via screen-share only on a secure teletherapy platform. Materials may not be transmitted, emailed, or uploaded to public-facing servers.
7. Account Suspension & Termination
Therapy Insights may suspend or terminate accounts, without refund, if:
- Terms are violated,
- Digital piracy is suspected,
- Billing disputes occur,
- Login patterns indicate unauthorized use.
We reserve the right to investigate misuse.
8. Cancellation & Refund Policy
You may cancel at any time prior to the next billing cycle. Your subscription will remain active until the current period expires. We do not provide pro-rated refunds once a billing cycle has begun.
We offer quarterly and annual billing options. Our library is transparent and viewable before purchase, ensuring you can evaluate suitability in advance.
9. Medical Information Disclaimer
The information provided on this website is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always seek advice from qualified healthcare providers regarding medical concerns or treatment decisions. Never delay medical care based on website content.
10. User Conduct
Users agree not to:
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or harvest website content;
- Interfere with site functionality or security;
- Use the site for advertising, marketing, or solicitation.
11. Security & Account Protection
Users are responsible for:
- Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials,
- Preventing unauthorized access,
- Notifying Therapy Insights of suspected breaches.
We may require multi-factor authentication where appropriate.
12. Payment & Billing
By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to the payment method on file until cancelled. You are responsible for ensuring payment information remains current.
Failure to pay may result in suspension.
13. Limitation of Liability
Therapy Insights is not liable for:
- Loss of income, revenue, data, or profits,
- Business interruption,
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Use of materials is at your own risk.
14. No Warranties
Content is provided “as-is” and “as-available.” We make no warranties regarding:
- Accuracy,
- Completeness,
- Fitness for any particular purpose,
- Continuous availability.
15. Indemnification
You agree to hold Therapy Insights harmless against claims, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse, copyright violation, or breach of these Terms.
16. Modifications to Terms
Therapy Insights may update these Terms at any time. Continued use following updates constitutes acceptance. We will post the “Last Updated” date on this page.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in Montana courts.
18. Severability
If any portion of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
