Bio: I am an occupational therapist that fills many roles, with my primary role being working in post-acute neurorehabilitation focused on community re-entry. I additionally work in inpatient rehab that also has a heavy emphasis on Neuro conditions, but also includes ortho, cardiac and general debility. Lastly, I work as a interdisciplinary consultant and content writer for Therapy Insights. In my free time I am a mother of two boys and enjoy being outside and adventuring with my family.

Teaching philosophy: I believe that people who are drawn to therapy have huge hearts and change lives, but I also believe that peer support, collaboration and continuous learning is vital to our success. I am passionate about this aspect of therapy as I think it makes us more confident as clinicians and improves results with our clients. Lastly, I think it’s important to find your own voice and style in conducting therapy, and as a mentor my goal is to foster that.
