Bio: Hello! I have been a speech-language pathologist for 9 years and have truly enjoyed working with both children and adults from the beginning. I received my undergraduate degree in communication sciences and disorders from The University of New Hampshire and my master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from The George Washington University. I am currently working with adults in acute care, outpatient rehab, and skilled nursing on a weekly basis with a variety of disorders including dysphagia, motor speech, and other neurogenic disorders. I also spend some time engaging with preschoolers through teletherapy. In addition to working with the adult population for 9 years, I have over 7 years of experience working with preschool and school-age children, with a specialized focus on AAC for 3 of those years. I am truly passionate about the work I do across the populations and settings and love the variety our field has to offer. I value applying evidence-based treatment strategies along with functional and motivating tasks for each individual to truly help them progress. I have been fortunate to have strong relationships with multiple mentors to expand my knowledge within our field. I am grateful for this opportunity to connect with other SLPs to hopefully do the same for you!
