Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:
- Identify the responsibilities of the supervisor when working with graduate clinicians and clinician fellows.
- Describe the importance of self-assessment in supervision and use of a rubric in self-assessment.
- Identify adult learning theories and principles and how to apply these as a supervisor.
- Describe an effective feedback strategy to implement.
