Meal Preparation: No Cooking Required
There are a number of reasons a clinician may decide to address meal preparation during a treatment session using food that specifically does not require heat cooking. The client may have poor safety around stoves, have poor endurance, or the clinician may wish to grade a progression of meal preparation activities as a client’s performance improves. Meal prep may only be achievable via simplified methods in the facility - due to isolation, restrictions, or kitchen appliance availability. These ideas and recipes may be used during a treatment session and given to the client.
